How to draw Bugs(Ladybird) with Adobe Illustrator? (Step by step) (Part 3)

Now, we will continue our tutorial with step no. 8.

8.   When we starting to make oval shape with Ellipse Tool. This things will be happen if 
      your colour palette was empty (only a blue line appear). So, if this happen to you, 
      you must insert colour at the drawing (step no. 7). In this situation, i choose the black   
      colour for the outline.

 

9.   Using Adobe Illustrator for drawing, we requires precision/accuracy. That's why we 
      need ruler. How to find it? Just follow this steps. At the top of the page, find 'View'. 
      Click it and this list (below) will appear. Choose 'Show Rulers'

 

  

     After choosed 'Show Rulers', Ruler Tool will appear and now it's ready to use the ruler.

 

     Now, we will continue with our drawing. Select the oval shape and you will see 5 small 

     box around the oval. It's for your guideline to help you to make your artwork more 

     accurate.
